Deployment scope and pricing

Assess first.
Price the scope.

Formal scope and pricing depend on classroom count, existing equipment, selected capabilities, support, and deployment conditions. We recommend verifying one representative room before a wider rollout.

Begin with evidenceOne classroom can be enough to start

Test the actual devices, lesson workflow, completed file, and staff handoff before deciding how far to expand.

Three deployment steps

Assess, verify,
then expand.

01

Share the environment

Describe the current room

Provide the institution type, intended use, classroom count, computer, camera, microphone, network, and storage destination.

03

Define the rollout

Confirm scope and responsibilities

Document supported capabilities, additional equipment, service boundaries, training, destination access, acceptance, and the next expansion stage.

What affects scope

Rooms matter.
So do conditions.

These factors shape the formal proposal. Public pages do not invent a fixed price before the environment and responsibilities are understood.

Existing equipment

Computer, Windows version, camera, microphone, storage, network, and whether the intended devices pass screening.

Required capabilities

Manual or scheduled recording, iCam camera, editing, MP3, ASR, OCR, AI-assisted drafts, NAS, or YouTube delivery.

Service scope

Remote assessment, on-site verification, configuration, staff orientation, support, and rollout coordination.

Operational policy

Authorized users, retention, destination credentials, privacy review, publishing visibility, and acceptance ownership.

Formal features, service boundaries, deliverables, and fees are defined in the proposal or contract. A compatibility screen does not replace customer-site acceptance.

Prepare before contacting us

Four details.
Clearer planning.

01Institution and use

School, tutoring center, or training organization; make-up, review, retention, or another approved purpose.

02Representative classroom

Photos or a simple room description, plus the intended computer, camera, and audio path.

Local storage, writable NAS, authorized YouTube channel, and any access or retention requirements.

04Target timeline

When you want to assess, test one room, and decide whether to expand.

No purchase commitment

Share a room.
Set the scope.

We will organize the starting conditions, what may be reused, what requires verification, and what belongs in the formal proposal.

Initial discussion is for scope assessment and does not create a purchase commitment.
